Smoking kills not only our lungs but effects all our body parts. It exposes your eyes to high levels of oxidation stress. You will get problems like cataracts , nerve damage and muscular degeneration etc. It is not possible to quit at a time to avoid permanently.But try and try until you will get succeed. If you wear polarised sunglasses, you will be protected by UV rays. UV rays exposure makes you to get a eye problems. So use sunglasses to block 99% of UV rays.

4. Eye Care Tips – Spend less Time With Computer Screen.

Don’t spend much time to staring at computer , because it may cause so many problems like Eyestrain, Blurry Vision, Sight, Dry Eyes, Headaches, Neck, back and Shoulder pain. For most of the software engineers who works on laptops, it is not possible to stay away much time from computers. But at least give a minute of rest in every 30 minutes and blink your eyes while you are working on computer. This helps you to keep your eyes wet.

Use adequate glasses when you use your computer and make sure that your lens prescription is up-to-date. Better to use lenses which can help with contrast , glare, and eye strain when using a computer. When you use the computer , your eyes are level with the top of the monitor.You have to look slightly down at the screen. To avoid glare on your computer, you should use anti-glare lenses.
